the general consensus is positive

its a cold and rainy day.

i'm waiting for my dad to pick me up from school, so i've time to pull out my laptop to do a new entry. first time blogging from the school Atrium. it isn't too crowded today. i don't think i like crowds. noisy and bothersome things.

The past semester has actually yielded many things, friendships, skills, and connections. I started off this semester by going for a dancesport competition in Johor last weekend. pretty enriching i must say.

-omo, just got approached by some evangelists- (didn't think they did that within school compounds)

i picked up the waltz and the rhumba, the former being ballrooom dancing and the latter being latin. we didn't win anything, but i didn't quite prepare as much as what the rest did. (sorry J) my dance instructor on the other hand won the championship. most excellent i must say. besides all that, i think the malaysian trip was fun. and 'fun' is not a word i use liberally. i'll be looking forward to another trip down to our northern neighbours soon.

and looking towards two weeks later, Las Vegas beckons! i must must must remember to bring my camera. so much photo moments have been missed simply because i haven't cultivated the habit of carrying my camera with me.

So that's all for this digest, will see you all again soon.

i just fixed my tag-board

I'm a fuckin' genius.

Anyway, you may have noticed that i've been tweaking my blog a bit. Might have more changes on the way. Stay on your toes.

Oh, my course people are back safe and sound.

within the hour.

i'm supposed to go for a luncheon with my group for BA Ambassadors, but they just cancelled it. An hour before the lunch. This doesn't bode well for a first meeting with them. Not at all.

sweet bejesus.

Its not just the cancellation, its the reason behind the cancellation. Insufficient response? C'mon dear, you can't expect anything organised hastily to garner great response; Its not like we even know each other at all.

Blah. I'm pissed. They did say its either BA Ambassadors or NP Ambassadors.

Nope, no bi-annuals

Tagboard is down this very moment. That's all for breaking news.

So close to seventy-five percent of my course went for the cruise. I saw them off, no tears, no accolades of parting. It was a jovial event. As to reasons why i did not depart together with them, that's a tale for another day. For now, i wish them bon voyage, and that they come back safe and sound.

The next semester's beginning in a bit, and there's no time to lose. My subscription to the idea of "Seize the Day" has paid off to a larger extent than i thought, and i see no harm in continuing. With my Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.7, i know it isn't much to boast; But getting that grade with an AD and an A under my belt, that means something to me.

A fair warning to those taking LMS and IAC next semester, do be conscientious. I'm really more than glad i don't have to repeat them next semester.

In other news, dance competition is a week away. Stress and pressure are blood brothers, i swear. Cheerios, and good night.

As busy as a beaver.

Happy Children's Day everybody. Time to launch the candy and lollipops out of the pressure tubes i'd say. so what have i been doing? aplenty it seems. this 'holidays' has been my busiest yet! and truthfully, i can't say that i'm loving every moment of it, as i am usually politically correct (aka pain-in-the-ass) but oh well.

biennale, august launch, imf, ba_comm, challengers, sentosa, chalet, dxo, marina square, dancesports, work, work, work!

I don't want to let this degenerate into a quarterly, so you'd probably see me at more frequently. Whether that's a good or bad thing, well, that's left to intepretation. time to get back my bombay sapphire from Sanjiv i say.
